The result is more consistent ball speeds across the face for more distance and accuracy, even on miss-hits.Tour-Inspired Head Shape:RAZR X Tour Irons have a smaller profile with less offset and a thinner topline for a sleeker look at address. This produces the workability and control sought by better players.Golf clubs for sale, Callaway RAZR X Tour Irons were a 2011 Gold Medal winner on Golf Digest's Hot List.
Callaway's Razr X Tour irons . Win with Power and Precision. Tighter Shots. Shorter Putts. Lower Scores. RAZR Technology provides the optimal balance of distance, accuracy and feel with tour-inspired styling. It’s an iron with uncompromised performance, and it’s just another reason why Callaway has been the #1 Irons in Golf for the last 14 years and counting. The secret to Razr technology is its innovative weight distribution. Callaway shifted the center of gravity 23 percent lower and 18 percent deeper while preserving the turf interaction advantages and workability of a thin-sole iron.
Callaway RAZR X Tour Irons Reviews: Balance and Feel--As these Irons are labeled "Tour", I figured balance and feel would be a great place to start. THese clubs feel rather nice actually, and bll/face location at impact is easily judged. Distance--with these clubs is above average for these mid-level type clubs. I'd say they are just a shade longer than the "X" line of irons which they replace.Forgiveness --on these is pretty huge. That's a Callaway trademark that hasn't always translated to the previous "X" line of clubs. Technology--is still pretty much a matter of taste. I'm not sure I really like the fluted sole attachment yet, but it does offer up some very creative bevelling of the sole of the club.Overall--you get a lot of the same things Callaway Irons are noted for. You get a very large safe hitting zone, a better than average sense of feeling and balance, accompanied by a dollop of the latest techno kitsch.
