Spot UV is a technique of adding UV or ultraviolet coating to specific parts of your business card. You can apply glossy or shiny coating to the printed-paper surface to create many visual and textural effects. The spot UV coating is elevated a little above the paper and is applied in exact 'spot' sites. Spot UV can be applied on front or back side and can cover a small or large area. After being treated by ultraviolet radiation, these spots harden and shine.
