Our Services:
Right as Rain Maids – offers cleaning for your condo. We offer competitive pricing. We do charge a fee of $20 to retain our services. This fee is non-refundable.
For cleaning a one bedroom condo (including kitchen, dining, bathroom and living-room) our rate is $70 (in addition to the non-refundable fee). For each additional room it’s an additional $15.
This includes:
• Dusting all rooms
• Vacuuming all rooms that can be vacuumed
• Sweep and wash all floors that can be swept and washed
• Clean all mirrors
• Scrub Bath-tub and toilet
• Empty dust-bins and replace bags
• Replace towels in bathroom while washing and folding dirty towels (if you have in suite laundry)
• Making Bed (if you have in suite laundry – we will wash dirty linens at no extra cost)
**We supply the cleaning supplies (paper towel, gloves, pine sol, wash cloths etc) but we do require you supply the mop and bucket, broom and vacuum as well as your very own garbage bags.
