2010 BMW K1300GT Motorcycle Exclusive Edition. Asking: 23, 995 CaD (OBO). This is a rare opportunity to save up to $5K on a practically new bike (ODO: 4246 mls) that is $28, 419 with TAX and freights. Bike is on BMW warranty (free road assistance and repair) till 2013. This 160 hp machine has: automatic stability control (this is a step up from ABS); tire-pressure control; on board computer; electronic suspension adjustment; electronic cruise control (from 50 to 180 km/h); independent front and rear seat heating; grips heating; adjustable front seat; adjustable windshield; xenon headlights; 12 volt outlet; center stand etc. Minuses: was tipped on right side while standing still, resulting in a little scratch on mirror and scratches on right side-box lid and fairing. The only imperfection on the left side is a little paint damage on the side-box. This all can be fixed flawlessly for $400 - $750. The rest is in absolute perfect condition. This is an HW ultimate touring machine with great feel on city streets. Original BMW red K1300GT is not available in Canada, so yours will be on the unique side if not the only one. Please note that this 1300 cc machine is far superior to 1200 cc bikes, the extra 100 cc and other engine modifications increase its power by an impressive 40% (compare 160 hp for K1300GT with 110 hp for Enduro class R1200GS or 116 hp for 1200 top Touring K1200LT). Though BMW Motorad claims max speed being 200 km/h for either of them, you can only imagine what this extra power translates to in km/h, taking into account their dry weight difference: 345 kg (K1200LT) – 255 kg (K1300GT Exclusive) = 90 kg.
