Customer Service is important to us. We want your party to be special and worry free. All our performers are professionally trained soprano's and actresses, who are young, thin, & pretty, just like the princesses. All our costumes are custom made by our costume designer, we also have a professional wig stylist. Our performers arrive at your party with perfect costumes, perfect hair and make-up and deliver a stellar performance. YOU WILL THINK YOU HAVE A REAL PRINCESS AT YOUR PARTY.

Our Superheroes or Princesses make a grand entrance; we want the children to know at that moment that they really do have the real thing at their party. The children are greeted and the superhero or princess tells their story in a fun and interactive way.She or he plays games with the children, they have an autograph session with each child and they are given an autograph colouring sheet and sticker,
The Superheroes give out tatoos to each child,
Our ELMO character speaks, walks and has the mannerisms of ELMO, he does not just walk around like a mascot.
