Learn Clarinet and Saxophone at Multi-Language Cafe ( www.multilanguagecafe.com )
* Course description:
Private lessons with me include one-on-one instruction (not available for groups). I will provide method books as well as my own exercises that will improve your technique on your instrument and your ability to read music.
* Teaching approach:
Studying with a music teacher is very different from studying with a performing professional. Not only do I have experience teaching all levels of musicians, but I have the experience in the rehearsal spaces and performance venues that can give a unique perspective to learning music.
* About the teacher:
Hello! My name is Juan. I am from San Juan, Puerto Rico and I was raised in the United States. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Toronto in music performance and principal clarinetist of the Ontario Philharmonic Orchestra. I received a Master's degree at Rice University (Houston, TX) and a Performance Diploma at the Glenn Gould School (Toronto, ON). I have many years of experience teaching clarinet and saxophone and love to work with all ages and experience levels. I would be happy to give one-on-one lessons either in person or on Skype.
