The house is located very conveniently for students that attend: Ryerson University, University of Toronto, George Brown. It's convenient for students in general. House is situated between Little Italy and Little Portugal which is a really nice neighbourhood.
Surrounding the area: McDonald's, Tim Horton's, Sanderson public library, Chinatown, Kensington market, Toronto Western hospital, shoppers drug mart, laundry mat, 7-eleven, etc.
The house has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms on the first floor and two are at the basement. Both floors have a bathroom. The kitchen is on the first floor. Currently renting out 4 rooms!
Utilities are included in the rent (excluding internet, cable, television, etc). Room selection is first come first serve. The prices on the rooms vary from $520-$600.
No pets and partying allowed.
