We are seeking professional, energetic and client service oriented Plastic Surgeons to conduct consultations, procedures and follow-up care for clients in a busy practice setting. Procedures will be performed both in office and in surgery center facilities for which surgeons will be credentialed. We are hiring now for full-time positions. Surgeons will be part of a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, and as such must have strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively towards team goals. The
Surgeons will conduct consultations and screenings of prospective patients to assess appropriateness for cosmetic surgery, with procedures typically performed 4-6 weeks after the patient’s initial consultation and following the patient’s clearance for surgery. The Surgeon will also meet with patients for follow-up assessments in accordance with protocols, to ensure patient compliance with post-treatment instructions, provide post-procedure care and to monitor outcomes. In general, full-time Surgeons will perform consultations and follow-up approximately one to two days each week, and will perform procedures across the remainder of the week. The Surgeon will be evaluated based on effectiveness in patient screening, consultation outcomes, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, peer and team feedback and the ability to perform procedures in line with productivity norms and costs.
